  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No additional charges will be applied after cancellation

2. Refunds

Bokimo.ai operates on a usage-based pricing model.

  • Payments made for usage (e.g., emails sent) are non-refundable
  • Subscription fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the billing period has started

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial usage
  • Unused email credits
  • Accidental usage or misconfiguration

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Technical issues directly caused by Bokimo.ai that prevent service usage

4. Account Access After Cancellation
